|In addition to the confirmation presented to you right after you place your order online, we will send you an e-mail within 72 hours to update the shipping status of your order. This e-mail is generated and sent automatically via Yahoo Order Tracking system when we update the shipment status. Therefore, it is important that you enter correct e-mail address.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (customer and Vitamins 'n Stuff (I.N.G. Vitamins)) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it would be our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered, then it was delivered. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct.
We will charge you actual shipping cost with signature required to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer errors or other reasons. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged actual shipping cost with signature required per package to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who choose to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded (actual shipping cost will be deducted if more than $5.95).
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Your order(s) are subject to credit verification at the discretion of Vitamins 's Stuff. We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order. If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records, your order may be delayed or held. Vitamins 's Stuff Customer Service will contact you if your order is being held and provide you with instuctions. Failure to reply or meet the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your order within 5 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
|We ship all orders via USPS or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery, unless otherwise specified. If you have questions regarding shipping methods, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 1-714-882-4110. Orders received by 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped within 2 business days, provided that items ordered are in stock. An e-mail will be sent to you via Yahoo Order Tracking system within 72 hours to update the shipping status of your order. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed the following business day. Please note that we will be closed on the following holidays and orders received on these holidays will not be processed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. And we will close at 3pm PST on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Shipping & handling is just $5.95 per order within the Continental United States, no matter how much you order.
Standard Delivery Times:
For West Coast addresses, expect 3-4 business days.
For Midwest addresses, expect 6-8 business days.
For East Coast addresses, expect 7-10 business days.
|We offer a guarantee on all unopened products for a period of 30 days after shipping date for a full refund less shipping charges (less actual shipping cost if more than $5.95). All items returned must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers will also be responsible for the shipping cost on return items. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service department. Please e-mail us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before shipping the return items. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box. No credit or refund will be issued without prior authorized approval from our customer care department.
RE-STOCKING FEES: There is a 15% restocking fee for the return of 2 or more of the same product(s).

|We charge sales tax only on orders shipped to California. A tax rate of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within California.
|Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if any item(s) are back-ordered by manufacturers, we will ship the available item(s) of your order immediately. We will notify you by e-mail and ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available with no additional shipping charges. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase at published price.
We may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60-tablet bottles for a 120-tablet bottle. We will NOT substitute an alternate flavor, brand, or product without your permission.
|Damaged or Incorrect Items|
|If your item arrives damage or is incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours via e-mail or telephone (714-882-4110). DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contacted us for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods.
